General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the use of our reservation service at Pokemon Cafe Bot ('Service'). The Service is provided by Pablo Gutiérrez, identified with ID ES72058691J ('We' or 'Service Provider'). By using the Service, you ('Customer' or 'User') agree to these Terms and commit to complying with them. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1.1. To use our Service, the Customer must pay the reservation fee, which varies depending on the number of persons and the reservation date.

1.2. If we are unable to make the requested reservation, we will refund the full amount.

2.1. The Customer may cancel their reservation at any time. However, a processing fee of €1.50 or the equivalent amount in the payment currency will be charged.

3.1. If we are unable to make the requested reservation and less than 24 hours remain before the reservation date, we will refund the paid amount via the original payment method.

4.1. Once the reservation has been successfully made, refunds or changes are not possible. The Customer is responsible for attending the reservation on the agreed date and time.

5.1. The Customer agrees to use the Service properly and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of their country.

6.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on our website.

7.1. For questions, changes to the reservation date, comments or concerns regarding our Service or these Terms, the Customer can contact us through the provided contact options. (@kirbycafebot) or by email at [email protected] . By using our Service, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these Terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation without any right to a refund. The Customer confirms having read and understood these Terms before using our Service.
