Once there is availability on the specified date and time(s), the system will acquire the tickets, and you will receive an email from Pokemon Cafe's website, as well as an email from us, indicating your reservation details.

If the reservation remains unconfirmed less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
